Job Description
Employment Source is looking for experienced MAINTENANCE WORKER for RENTAL PROPERTIES to work (Full Time) in Missoula. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform Repairs: Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs to maintain functionality within the apartment complex. Respond to Maintenance Requests: Address tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring resident satisfaction. Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect building systems, including fire alarms and HVAC, to ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare Vacant Units: Get apartments ready for new tenants by performing necessary repairs, painting, and deep cleaning. Maintain Common Areas: Ensure cleanliness and safety in communal spaces, such as lobbies and hallways, and perform landscaping as needed. Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering new items as necessary to ensure availability for repairs.
