- Provide hands on IT site support in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Support Windows & macOS devices, peripherals, printers, and common applications
- Troubleshoot network, server, printer, and device issues independently
- Handle break/fix tickets, escalations, and service requests end to end (SLAs/SLOs)
- Support local servers (file/print, app connectivity, permissions)
- Deploy and image devices using SCCM or similar
- Participate in site infrastructure projects, upgrades, and rollouts
- Create documentation and occasionally train peers/end users
- Provide IT support for warehouse tech (HHUs, VMUs, Zebra/Lexmark printers)

Skills and Requirements
- 8 years deskside / site support experience (manufacturing or warehouse strongly preferred)
- Strong Windows OS experience (Windows 10/11, basic Server familiarity)
- Working knowledge of macOS & iOS (Apple support experience required)
- Hands on networking experience
o Installing/troubleshooting switches, cabling, printers, endpoints
- Server familiarity
o File & print, permissions, basic security, connectivity issues
- Experience with SCCM (or similar) for imaging and deployments
- Understanding of Active Directory (users, groups, permissions) – Manufacturing or warehouse IT background
- Apple heavy support experience (especially for creative or branding teams)
- Experience supporting:
o HHUs / VMUs
o Zebra & Lexmark printers
o Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Infrastructure project leadership experience (multi site a plus)
- Change / Problem Management experience
- Monitoring tools experience
- Certifications:
o MCSA / MCSE
o Dell or HP warranty/repair certs
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, Active Role Server
