Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in the Spokane, WA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-36/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Commercial rough and finish carpentry
Metal stud framing and layout
Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans
Installing doors, frames, blocking, backing, trim, and specialty finish components
Assembling and installing decorative acoustic wall and ceiling baffle systems
Installing rails, brackets, anchors, aircraft cable systems, saddles, and suspension supports
Installing and modifying anchor points in drywall, concrete, and Unistrut systems
Measuring, cutting, and mapping layouts for consistent spacing and precision installation
Using levels and layout tools to ensure alignment and uniform appearance
Working from ladders and scissor lifts at heights up to approximately 20 feet
Working independently or as part of a commercial crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
Requirements:
5 years of commercial carpentry experience required
Ability to read blueprints and execute layouts accurately
Experience with framing systems, suspended assemblies, and finish installation
OSHA 10 Certification is a plus (training available for qualified employees)
Basic carpentry hand tools
Standard PPE
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
