Job Description

Assembly Worker

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce heat-resistant products

Work at a seated station in a manufacturing environment

Focus on quality, accuracy, and safety

Responsibilities

Read and follow drawings, instructions, and SOPs

Operate and set up industrial sewing machines

Cut and sew materials to product specifications

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

Perform basic hand sewing when needed

Move and organize materials and finished goods

Support assembly, packaging, and other production tasks

Maintain clean work area and follow safety guidelines

Meet daily production goals

Requirements

Experience with industrial sewing machines

Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills

Ability to sit or stand for long periods

Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly

Comfortable in a production environment

Reliable and able to work independently or on a team

Willing to learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing or production experience

Sewing, cutting, or assembly experience

Hand sewing skills

Experience working with fiberglass

Strong problem-solving mindset

Dependable and team-oriented

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 – $19.00/hr.
