What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor/Writer position at Idaho Water Sports?
Seeking a motivated individual in a fast paced marine dealership.
Job Purpose:
- Creates estimates/bids for work to be done, sells the job, orders parts, communicates with technicians and customers
- Creates and maintains service schedule
- Closes work orders, accounts for all parts and labor, communicates status with customer
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, technicians, and all co-workers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Attention to detail & organizational skills
- Computer & telephone skills
- Work with customers to schedule & bill service work
- Technician experience, parts ordering experience, service writing experience
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Establish/maintain good working relationships w/co-workers
- 40-50 hrs per week required during peak season
Rotating Saturdays required.
