Responsibilities- Client Management: Meet with clients to understand their event needs, provide proposals, and manage expectations throughout the rental process.
- Operations & Logistics Support: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling, delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup of rental equipment and facilities.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and schedule employees in the dish and linen department, Will Call department, and other rental staff. Coordinate with event staff, catering, and vendors as needed.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor and maintain rental equipment inventory, assess damages, and coordinate repairs or replacements to ensure quality standards.
- Financial Administration: Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate rental contracts, process invoices, and oversee payment collection.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all rentals and events meet client requirements, address issues promptly, and gather feedback to improve services.
- Marketing & Sales: Promote rental services, conduct facility tours, and identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
- Property Cleanliness: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of rental properties and facilities.
- Proven experience in office management, event coordination, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills

- Experience with budget management and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with event management and inventory software
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed
