Essential Job Role: Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar in Spirit Lake, Idaho
Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers by greeting them, assisting with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and answering questions about the store and its offerings.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment for customers during their shopping experience.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing it, and transporting it from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store.
Key Requirements:
- Able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Able to perform tasks that require lifting from floor level to above shoulder height.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
