Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including bracket placement, adjustments, and appliance delivery.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient care.
- Take accurate orthodontic records, including impressions, photos, and radiographs.
- Provide patient education on appliance care, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols throughout the clinical area.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Must be willing to travel between all locations
- Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
