What you’ll do
- Welcome customers and create a strong first impression in the store
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs, comfort preferences, and sleep challenges
- Guide customers through a personalized sleep evaluation
- Recommend complete sleep solutions, including mattresses, bases, pillows, protectors, and accessories
- Learn product knowledge and sleep science so you can explain options with confidence
- Follow the company sales process with discipline and consistency
- Keep customer information organized in the CRM
- Follow up with customers and help create referral opportunities through strong service
- Support store standards, cleanliness, and day-to-day team execution
- Participate in training, coaching, roleplays, and weekly development conversations

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
