Office Manager (Full-Time)

The Idaho Falls Symphony is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, financial processes, and patron services.
This is a key role within the organization—serving as the primary point of contact for patrons and ensuring the Symphony’s administrative and financial systems run smoothly. The position works closely with the Executive Director and plays an essential part in supporting concerts, events, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Bookkeeping
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Process and track donations with accuracy and confidentiality
- Reconcile ticket sales and support financial reporting
Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office functions and maintain organized systems
- Ensure consistent office coverage and a professional environment
- Manage supplies, vendors, and operational needs
Patron Services & Box Office
- Serve as the primary contact for patrons (phone, email, in-person)
- Manage ticket sales through PatronManager/Salesforce
- Process payments accurately and securely
- Oversee box office operations during concerts and events
Administrative Support
- Prepare board and committee materials
- Assist with scheduling and coordination
- Manage mailings and maintain patron records
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software required
- Strong attention to detail, especially with financial data
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Regular office hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with additional hours as needed
- Evening and weekend availability required for concerts and events
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 annual salary
