Downtowner is being contracted by the City of Idaho Falls to provide on-demand transportation for the general public. Riders will use an app or call in to request trips within the service area (city limits). The service will be called GIFT On-Demand.
GIFT stands for Greater Idaho Falls Transit. Drivers will utilize company vehicles and equipment while on the job.
