Leverage your exceptional communication skills to educate customers, train associates, and drive sales in this fast-paced, customer-facing role.

The Role: As an In-Store Lead Generator / Home Improvement Associate Trainer, you'll be efficiently trained to be the face of Re-Bath, captivating potential customers and empowering associates with your product knowledge and sales expertise. Thrive in a diverse environment, working within home improvement stores and at special events throughout the region.

We are currently hiring in the following areas:

• Seattle (Ballard/West Seattle)
• Bellevue/Renton (Eastside I-90/ I-405)
• Kent/Federal Way/Auburn (South King Corridor)
• Puyallup

What You'll Do:

• Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our in-home Design Consultants
• Set up eye-catching displays and engage visitors with your magnetic personality
• Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for home improvement associates
• Collaborate with store teams to enhance their lead generation and customer engagement skills

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years of lead generation, field marketing or brand ambassador, in-store demo, and/or events experience preferred, but not required
• An associate's degree and/or continued education preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor
• Schedule is Wednesday-Sunday (10am-6pm Shift)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius

What To Expect:

• Base pay range $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience
• Additional monthly and quarterly bonuses based on leads generated and appointments set
• Benefits including health, 401k, and paid time off
• Full time, 40 hours/week, including weekends and some holidays
