Era Living is seeking a casual part-time (8 hours per week) Volunteer Coordinator to become the newest member of our team located at Ida Culver House Broadview, Seattle, WA. Available shifts include one 8 hour shift per week or two 4 hour shifts per week (we are flexible with days).

Primary Responsibilities:
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of volunteer opportunities for residents, both in house and in the greater community, volunteer management and recognition.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Assume role of mandatory reporter and provide reporting, as needed
- Skilled in use of computer, word processing, Publisher and Excel
- Valid WA State driver’s license
- Maintain resident confidentiality to assure all rights are protected
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certified
- Experience as a volunteer required. Experience coordinating volunteers preferred
