ID Technology has moved to a new state of the art facility in Pewaukee, WI! We are seeking a Die-cutter Operator for 3rd shift. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.
ID Technology has moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and we are growing our team. We are looking for a Die-cutter Operator to join us on third shift.
In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality flexographic label products. You will work alongside a supportive team and take pride in delivering results that make an impact. If you enjoy hands-on work, value teamwork, and take ownership of quality, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow with us.

Are you intrigued about this work?
- Set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment
- Perform rewind and inspection of products as they come off press
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Package finished products according to established guidelines and specifications
- Assist with setup and operation of finishing equipment as needed
- Monitor daily production and shipping schedules and communicate progress or issues to the Production Manager
- Build knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment used in day-to-day operations
- Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude and take pride in quality work
- Follow all safety procedures to support a clean and safe work environment
- 3rd Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or a willingness to learn
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate small machinery
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
