Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at ID Shop, Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, including answering technical questions related to ID card production software and ID card printers.
In this role, you will also be responsible for assisting customers with setup and training for new installations and reinstallation of their system(s), as well as setting up warranty and RMA cases for any products that are in need of repair for customers.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to implement creative solutions to problems.
You will work closely with our small team in a close-knit environment, providing rewarding experiences for both you and our customers.
