Summary
ID Sculpture designs and manufactures climbing boulders, playground sculptures, and fine art sculptures for parks, schools, and public spaces across the country. We use a combination of technology and traditional methods to create unique interactive environments.

Ideal candidates possess a positive attitude, good work ethic and are eager to learn. Applicants must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Initial responsibilities are to provide general labor and assist artists, fabricators and shipping departments as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as initial contact for clients, sales representatives, distributors, and designers.
- Coordinate with IDS sales & design team in response to client requests.
- Become knowledgeable of product offerings.
- Work to understand and document project parameters.
- Create touch points and follow up on sales leads.
- Create quotes/sales proposals.
- Manage client expectations related to the end product and lead time.
- Assist in order processing.
- Assist in the management of the website and marketing materials.
- Assist in project tracking and the generation of sales reports.
- Assist in planning events, including trade shows, with limited travel related to sales.
- Streamline workflows in sales.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Keep current with changing trends, relay customer feedback.
- Protect and promote the culture of IDS.

Education and/or Experience
- College degree in relevant field or commensurate experience
- Experience in sales and marketing

Travel
Limited: trade shows; potential for in-person lunch-and-learns with sales representatives.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have computer skills and be proficient in productivity applications. Relevant software includes Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
