Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of CNC machinery and digital fabrication equipment
- Ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts through careful attention to detail
- Work closely with the team to maintain efficient production workflows
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Continuously learn new skills and technologies related to digital fabrication
- Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees
- Quality: Assure all decks are checked and identified properly
- Productivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead
- Coordinates: Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead
- Team player and willing to work closely with others
- Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items
- Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience
- Prior Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Some experience with CNC machinery or digital fabrication preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Computer Skills
