We are seeking to hire a Nursing Supervisor for our Pulmonary Clinics! As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will focus on staff and physician relationships, and customer service. You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed, be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. **Supervisor will have 14 total direct reports across 2 locations. In addition, the Nursing Supervisor in this role will be responsible for disseminating compliance information to clinical staff other SAMG Specialties. They will also serve as a clinical resource to Practice Managers and clinical leads in these practices by providing relevant clinical support, including but not limited to: Clinical guidance/support for safety events (e.g., patient falls and injury assessment) Cascading important clinical information and changes relevant to nursing/MA practice, Joint Commission, and other regulatory matters Assisting Assistant Clinical Leads in clinical workflows and clinical compliance, as needed and in collaboration with Practice Managers Schedule: Monday through Friday. Supporting Boise & Nampa Pulmonary clinics (on site at each location TBD) - 3 days in Boise, 2 Days in Nampa General Requirements: Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting. Management experience preferred.
