Job Summary: This individual will be responsible for performing heavy SQL data analysis in support of Business
Analysts and Project Managers. In addition, develops, administers, maintains, and supports policies and procedures for
creating interfaces between and/or converting data from client existing and legacy systems to Geographic Solutions
systems. Designs programming specifications through interaction with business owners and subject matter experts.
Ensures correct functionality and accuracy of the interface or conversion scripts. Familiar with the standard concepts,
practices, and procedures within the labor market industry as well as job services concepts. Relies on direction and good
judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling table changes in SQL as it relates to specific client configured data
- Merging records and/or other client requested data change requests in SQL and GUI with recommendations on how to resolve
- Testing data in various environments, including but not limited to: automated interfaces, Virtual OneStop GUI, nightly batch processes; verification of converted legacy data
- Troubleshoot Federal reporting issues as identified by clients
- Resolving issues identified by clients or internal staff where GUI may have caused inaccurate data to be recorded
- Work directly with clients to discuss issues, propose solutions to correct data issues, implement the resolution and follow up on the resolutions
- Make recommendations (written and verbal) on how changes could be implemented to improve the overall data quality
- Designs advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, scripts, cursors
- Leads/assists in data conversion and data migration projects Assists business analysts and end-users with reporting needs
- Collaborates with applications developers to ensure correct data and data structure to support evolving development
- Understands Full Development Life Cycle & RDBMS Develops processes for nightly builds, and deployment Optimizes and improves SQL code for better performance
- Develops programming specifications through interaction with business unit subject matter experts
- Works closely with the Team Lead and Analysts throughout the change request process to insure the delivery of an accurate solution
- Processes change requests through OPC ticket system, including application wide data changes Estimates the level of effort required to complete a project or change request
- Prepares and update technical documentation
