About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Packager. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing product for shipment using manual and electric-powered equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations and safety checks on equipment
- Select product according to predetermined sequence
- Place order on pallets or transport to packing, wrapping, or shipping station
- Mark product picked with proper identifying information
- Count product and record amounts for shipper verification
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Possess strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
- Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time
