Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. This position works closely with customers and on-site KANE management to handle various product inquiries, special requests, or discrepancies, shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing. The position requires positive interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication skills.
Location: Blue Springs, MO
Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Hourly Rate:
$20.00 plus $3.00 Shift Differential

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline preferred.
- 3 years verifiable customer service experience.
- Warehouse experience (Shipping and receiving).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
