Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to work assigned shift(s) and overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Previous experience leading teams in a distribution environment.
