- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a smile
- Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other frozen desserts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with flavor choices and offering suggestions
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in a café, restaurant, or kitchen setting
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Ability to sanitate workstations and equipment regularly
- Excellent customer service skills with a willingness to help and engage with customers
