Job Summary

The Social Media Specialist will drive brand awareness and audience growth across several social platforms. This role involves producing compelling multimedia assets, managing public interactions, and executing strategic content calendars. You will use data insights to optimize social engagement and represent organizational values.

Job Duties

• Produce and design interactive digital material for diverse social channels.
• Track online discussions for brand references and maintain community dialogue.
• Create visual assets including photos and videos for promotional campaigns.
• Compile performance data into detailed monthly and quarterly analytics reports.
• Coordinate with external moderation teams to facilitate effective public interactions.
• Implement platform-specific strategies to enhance reach various demographics.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in communications, marketing, social media or equivalent professional background.
• 4 years managing social medial channels and reporting performance metrics.
• Deep familiarity with major social platforms and scheduling software tools.
• Skilled in content creation (video, photo, copywriting, etc.)
  
  

Preference

• Experience working in/with military/veteran-focused organizations.
