What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN Cleaning Technician- Commercial Cleaning position at ICWT LLC?
ICWT LLC (In Cleaning We Trust) is seeking dependable and professional PRN Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This is a flexible, as-needed position providing high-quality cleaning services for commercial properties and post-construction cleaning projects in the Charlotte, NC area. Technicians will travel to different job sites based on assignment.
Examples of Our Commercial Clients: Responsibilities:
Atrium Health banks, AT&T service and security buildings, and more
Perform detailed commercial cleaning according to ICWT standards and client expectations
Complete post-construction and final touch-up cleaning
Dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, kitchens, glass, surfaces, and other areas as assigned
Follow cleaning checklists and instructions
Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and PPE
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Work independently or as part of a team
Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation is required
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required, training may be provided
Must be willing to follow PPE and safety requirements
Position: PRN / As Needed Schedule: Flexible, assignments are based on business and client needs Pay: $15 to $18 per hour Location: Charlotte, NC (travel to various job sites)
