As we establish our presence in the community, we’re building a dedicated team where every member plays a meaningful role in shaping the clinic’s success and delivering exceptional outcomes.Position SummaryAs a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at iCURE Physical Therapy, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (Clinic Director) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and provide education to help them reach their recovery goals. This role is ideal for compassionate, motivated professionals who want to make a meaningful impact in outpatient orthopedics while growing with a supportive clinic team. We are also considering PTA graduates/students perusing license and can be hired as a PT tech until their license is active.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, and functional training to improve independence.Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques.Monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems, reporting changes to the supervising PT.Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized treatment environment.Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Techs, and front office staff to ensure excellent patient care.Occasionally perform clerical duties, filing, support community outreach and clinic growth initiatives.Ensure compliance with Washington State healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality (HIPAA), and clinic policies.Qualifications & SkillsCurrent Washington State PTA license (or pending licensure for new graduates).Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.CPR certification required.Spanish-speaking is a bonusWhy Join iCURE?Competitive salary with growth opportunities.Flexible scheduling options (20–40 hours per week, per diem availability).Supportive environment with mentorship and continuing education opportunities.Positive, team-oriented culture with a focus on patient care and outcomes.Be part of building a new clinic and making a meaningful impact in the community.How to ApplySubmit your resume to rchauhan@icurept.com.
