Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Tempo, Texas (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 7 years of hands-on experience in:
o Active Directory and Office 365 administration
o Windows and Linux server administration
o VMware ESXi and vCenter
o Enterprise storage systems (HP, Dell)
o Network support (intermediate knowledge of routers, switches)
o Backup/recovery solutions and data integrity
- Strong scripting skills for automation and process improvement (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Proven experience supporting or migrating legacy systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred Education & Certifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required).
- Bachelor s degree (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience in lieu of a degree.
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware VCP, CompTIA Linux , or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
