Daily Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist them with all iCRYO services
- Conduct tours/educate guests on all iCRYO services, sell Lifestyle Passes and upsell services to our guests
- Daily operations – perform opening and closing procedures, obtain and review waivers, create a guest profile in our point-of-sale system, schedule and manage reservations, answer calls and emails, maintain center cleanliness. ABILITY TO MULTITASK IS A MUST!
- Work closely with the Manager to set expectations and goals, achieve sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and annually, identify and solve problems and complete daily tasks, but should also be able to assist the Manager and other team members on an individual level should they need help
- You will also be responsible for continuing your education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center
- Work as part of a team, but also possess the skills necessary to perform duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision

Qualifications
- Ability to work a minimum of 35-40 hours per week on a flexible schedule including Days, Evenings, Weekends (Required)
- English (Required)
- College Degree (Preferred)

- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members, managers and guests.
- Ability to read, digest and analyze various reports, including, but not limited to, various sales, marketing and time management.
- Mathematical skills to accurately compute and complete required functions.
- Understanding of sales goals and operations processes
- Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, internet, Microsoft office, and scheduling systems.
- Be able to pass the iCRYO Cryotherapy Exam following initial training.
