Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and wellness-minded individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships with guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a first-class experience for every guest — from greeting to service completion
- Educate guests on our services and membership options
- Attend community events and engage through social media marketing
- Support center operations and uphold all safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and maintain a positive center culture
- Continue personal development and service education through iCRYO training programs
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience in sales or wellness/spa environment preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Confident using POS and scheduling systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
- Comfortable creating social media content for center promotions
- Able to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout shifts
- Must complete and pass iCRYO service certifications after onboarding
