Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Strong IV insertion and infusion skills (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-based environment
- Professional, client-focused demeanor
Responsibilities
- Perform IV therapy services and all other iCRYO medical services safely, efficiently, and in compliance with medical protocols and state regulations
- Establish rapport with clients and deliver an exceptional, personalized patient experience
- Educate clients on IV therapy and other medical service options, benefits, and wellness programs
- Build and grow a personal client base in addition to serving iCRYO's existing clientele
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical and compliance standards
- Manage client schedule, client follow-ups, and workflow independently and with medical team
- Collaborate with the iCRYO team to support clinic growth and client retention
