Position Overview
We're hiring a Licensed Esthetician to join our Charlotte/Ballantyne team as a Wellness Specialist, with a primary focus on body sculpting services using the T-Shape 2 and Emsculpt NEO. This role blends hands-on treatment delivery with front-of-house guest care — you'll check guests in, guide them through lifestyle recovery services, and lead body contouring treatments from consultation through results tracking.
The ideal candidate has an active esthetician license, a genuine passion for wellness and aesthetics, and the energy and polish to represent an upscale, guest-first brand. This is a full-time, commission-eligible role with real income growth potential for someone who wants to build a career in med spa / body contouring rather than just work a job.
What You'll Do
- Perform body sculpting treatments using the T-Shape 2 and Emsculpt NEO
- Conduct guest check-ins and deliver lifestyle recovery services (cryotherapy, infrared, compression, and related modalities)
- Guide guests through consultations, set expectations, and track treatment plans/results
- Educate guests on services and recommend the right treatment path to help them reach their goals
- Meet or exceed monthly productivity and sales goals (commission-eligible)
- Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and completion of iCRYO service exams post-training
- Uphold sanitation, safety, and clinical protocols at all times
- Represent the brand through community events and social media as needed
- Work collaboratively with center leadership and teammates in a fast-paced, supportive environment
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Esthetician license (required)
- Passion for or experience in health, wellness, and aesthetics preferred
- Comfortable operating body contouring equipment (training provided; Emsculpt NEO / T-Shape 2 experience a plus)
- Full-time availability with scheduling flexibility, including weekends
- Strong sales/guest consultation skills — comfortable recommending paid services and closing
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and follow-through
- Professional appearance and a warm, confident guest-facing presence
- Ability to pass iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training
- 1–3 years of sales, spa, or guest-service experience preferred
