A national brand is seeking a Senior Art Director to join its onsite Creative & Marketing team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned creative who loves balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

You’ll partner closely with the Creative Services Director and cross-functional internal teams to bring branded communications to life across print, digital, and integrated campaigns. You’ll be involved in concepts through production—owning details, guiding execution, and helping keep projects moving smoothly and meeting deadlines.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Ability to lead creative from concept through final production with minimal oversight
- Proven experience translating brand strategy into clear, compelling visual systems
- Confident, creative decision-making and ownership of design direction
- Strong quality control instincts across typography, layout, color, and production
- Experience guiding creative execution across integrated campaigns
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills
- Strong brand stewardship, concept development, and design sensibility
- Solid digital and print production knowledge
- High-level Photoshop composition skills
- Experience producing both print and digital assets
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Collaborative, hands-on, and deadline-driven
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Advertising, or Visual Arts, or an Associate degree with extensive related experience
- 5 years of agency or in-house creative experience
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Bonus: Video editing and photo retouching experience
