Packaging/Graphic Designer (CPG, 3 Brands)
Part-Time / Contract
Pay Rate: $35/hr
Hours: 10-20 hours per week (flexible; may increase seasonally)
Location: Dallas, TX (local candidates only) HYBRID
Start: ASAP
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creative needs of our three consumer brands. As a key member of our client's team, you will create polished, on-brand assets for retail, ecommerce, and social channels, while balancing quick-turn production work with larger creative builds.
Responsibilities:
Design production:
- Create and update sales and marketing collateral
- Produce digital and e-commerce assets
- Design social creative
- Resize and version assets across formats
Print and packaging support:
- Execute packaging edits and versioning
- Prepare print-ready files
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Creative operations:
- Manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Keep working files organized
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and track revisions
Qualifications:
- 3 years of graphic design experience; CPG, food, or beverage experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Excellent typography and layout skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and responsiveness
- Must be Dallas-based and available for occasional in-person collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Packaging and print production experience
- Figma experience
- Light motion design skills
- Experience creating assets for e-commerce marketplaces
