ICR, a leading strategic communications firm and registered Broker Dealer, is seeking a motivated professional to join its highly regarded Capital Markets Advisory firm, ICR Capital LLC.
The Equity Capital Markets Associate will support a team of senior leaders in providing advisory services for companies pursing the full range of public capital raising alternatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution with private equity and portfolio companies in equity issuance - IPOs, blocks and follow-on offerings
- Prepare new business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Effectively communicate with bankers, capital markets professionals and research analysts
- Create daily and weekly materials for internal and external distribution
- Analyze incredibly detailed equity transaction data
- Provide direct support to senior leaders
- Continually monitor equity new issue activity
- Maintain multiple databases
Qualifications:
- 1 years prior Capital Markets experience preferred (internship experience acceptable)
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Data Analytics
- Ability to perform basic financial analysis
- Familiarity with the equity markets
- General corporate finance knowledge
- Comfortable in a fast paced work environment
- Crucial attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required with concentration in Finance, Economics, Business, or Management preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
