We specialize in strategic governance, shareholder engagement, and sustainability advisory, offering end-to-end solutions that enhance transparency, resilience, and long-term value.
We’re a fast-growing, collaborative team seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate/Sr Associate to help us deliver high-impact work across a diverse portfolio of public and private clients.
What You’ll Do
You'll support the development of client deliverables, research, and strategic insights in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Key responsibilities include:
Client Deliverables & Research
- Develop sustainability reports, materiality assessments, investor presentations, and SEC disclosure content
- Conduct governance and ESG benchmarking, peer analysis, and risk profiling
- Build governance risk assessments and stay informed on industry trends
Writing & Communications
- Draft briefing memos, executive bios, talking points, fact sheets, press releases, and investor decks
- Summarize meeting discussions and outline follow-up action items
- Review and refine proxy materials, sustainability disclosures, and compensation narratives
Data Analysis & Tools
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to inform client strategies and reporting
- Leverage tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, FactSet, Bloomberg, Diligent, and EDGAR to support insights and deliverables
Project & Client Management
- Monitor proxy voting outcomes and analyze investor sentiment on key issues
- Track institutional investor policy updates and summarize relevant changes
- Help manage client accounts, proposals, timelines, and budgets
What You Bring
We’re looking for a curious, adaptable early-career professional with a passion for governance and sustainability. Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, law, political science, public policy, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships or analyst roles)
- Familiarity with corporate governance practices, proxy voting policies, and key sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISSB, TCFD, GRI, CDP)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with platforms like Bloomberg or FactSet is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, self-starting mindset and the ability to work across multiple workstreams
Base compensation range
Associate - $70,000 - $75,000
Sr Associate - $75,000 - $100,000
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
