What You’ll Do
· Lead & Motivate: Supervise crews on industrial service projects with a focus on safety and performance.
· Hands-On Leadership: Work in the field alongside your team to set the pace and standard.
· Promote Safety: Oversee compliance, respond to incidents, and ensure safe operations.
· Mentor & Train: Share your knowledge, develop your crew, and build future leaders.
· Stay Organized: Handle scheduling, reporting, and communication using Microsoft Office tools.
· Collaborate: Partner with management to keep projects staffed, on schedule, and successful.
What You Bring
· Background in heavy industry—mining, construction, manufacturing, or similar.
· 2 years leading crews or projects (formally or informally).
· MSHA experience a big plus (but we’ll provide training if needed).
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
· Flexible to work nights/weekends when required.
· Certifications preferred (or willingness to earn with us):
o CPR
o Forklift
o OSHA 10/30
