BACKGROUND:

ICR Resources LLC is a fast growing, full-service Automation and Integration provider. We are looking for a candidate to fill our Panel Builder / Controls Technician position.

Our services include but not limited to:

· Automated Process Design & Consulting

· Machinery Design and Build

· PLC / PC Based Automation

· SCADA - Data Collection, Historian and Andon services

· Process Instrumentation and DCS systems

· Wireless Automation Solutions

· Electrical Infrastructure Design and Installation Management (voltages less than 15kv)

· Custom Robot and Motion Solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Automation and control system panel building

· Panel preparation

· Panel layout

· Drill / tap panel back plate for hardware installation

· Panel component hardware installation

· Mounting of PB’s, Touch screens, etc

· Ability to follow CAD drawings

· Knowledge of wire type selection and sizing

· Skilled at terminating, having appropriate wire strip lengths

· Technician will need to have understanding of screw torque

· Ability to use a multimeter for troubleshooting

· Travel to individual customers site for system installs and customer support.

· Knowledge of power distribution. 480/277, 208/120, single phase down to 24vdc circuit

· Receive incoming materials and supplies. Manage and reorder as necessary

· PLC software (all types)

· HMI software (all types)

· Program robots by teach pendant

· 2d Auto Cad

· Excel / Word / Outlook

· Siemens Step 7/TIA, RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, Factory Talk, Omron, Mitsubishi, Red Lion, Proface, etc
