Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, processing orders, and conducting follow-ups with clients.
- Deliver accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform other general office duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Some knowledge of QuickBooks
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies efficiently
