Role Overview
We are looking for a part-time Demand Capture & Sales Operations Specialist to support pipeline growth through outbound research, CRM upkeep, and general sales support. This role helps ensure the sales team has accurate data, qualified targets, and consistent operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain outbound prospect lists.
- Research companies and contacts that fit our target profile.
- Support outreach efforts and coordinate basic follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate contact, company, and deal records in the CRM.
- Ensure all leads, activities, and notes are properly logged.
- Create simple reports to help track sales activity and pipeline status.
- Assist with quotes, documents, and sales-related coordination.
- Prepare materials and information needed for sales calls.
- Support follow-up activities from inbound inquiries or events.
- Monitor pipeline movement and flag missing data or next steps.
- Pull weekly or monthly summary reports for leadership.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales operations, inside sales, SDR/BDR, or CRM-heavy roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable researching accounts and identifying decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
