Provide safe transportation of passengers to and from school. Drivers are responsible for safely operating vehicles, following traffic laws, and maintaining vehicle safety through inspections, while utilizing defensive driving skills, in professional roles, with excellent time management skills. Key responsibilities include avoiding distractions, maintaining proper distance, and ensuring passenger safety. Obeying traffic laws, speed limits, and NEVER driving under the influence. Conducting pre-and post trip inspections. Communicating with passengers professionally and with dispatch in a timely manner. Ability to handle unexpected route changes or traffic situations. Drivers often work without a supervisor looking over their shoulder, offering a high degree of daily autonomy. Great PT work to supplement income with flexible schedule.
