What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at ICONIX Waterworks?
About the Role
- Provide technical support and services to customers
- Work with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones
- Educate customers about features and benefits of our services and products
- Process customer orders, including order data entry
- Prepare quotations, bids, and letters
- Assist in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties
- Assist with general sales and marketing initiatives as required

Who We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in wholesale distribution
- A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail
- The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
- The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work in inclement weather as required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A strong commitment to health and safety

- Base Rate: $24 - $27 per hour, DOE
