About the Role
Iconiq Construction is seeking a driven, client-focused Sales Representative to join our growing home remodeling team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face client interactions, understands the remodeling process, and can guide projects from first conversation through completion. You’ll work closely with our internal team to assess client needs, build detailed proposals, close projects, and manage jobs through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
- Respond to and manage inbound leads for home remodeling projects
- Meet clients on-site to assess scope, needs, and budget
- Educate homeowners on remodeling options, timelines, and processes
- Build trust through clear communication and professional presentation
- Prepare and present customized proposals and estimates
- Close projects and secure signed agreements
Project Oversight & Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients once a project is sold
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Conduct site visits as needed throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate updates, changes, and next steps clearly with clients
- Support issue resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in home remodeling, construction sales, or project management preferred
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
