We are seeking an experienced Recruiter, to deliver full cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, partnering closely with business leaders to understand their business needs and support them as they build high-performance teams that support ICONIQ's continued growth. This role requires a passion for stakeholder management, high quality service and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining an understanding of the talent landscape within the investment and financial services industries
What You'll Do :
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and drive end-to-end hiring processes.
- Source, engage, and assess top talent across investment, client advisory and operational functions.
- Deliver a seamless and compelling candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for ICONIQ.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and enhance hiring outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to advise hiring managers effectively.
- Participate in the delivery of Talent Acquisition projects to enhance hiring practices.
- Meet direct sourcing targets and effectively managing recruitment costs.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and presentations providing insights on recruitment activity.

Location : Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York or San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range : ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000 - $160,000 together with the benefits listed above.
