The Construction Project Manager I will play a vital role in supporting our construction management team and ensuring project success. In this position, you’ll be responsible for:
- Facilitating clear communication of project requirements, coordinating meetings, and interpreting construction documents
- Driving project outcomes through cost control and proactive risk management
- Supporting project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing subcontractor scopes of work, assessing shop drawings, and resolving punch list and warranty items
- Delivering on client commitments by managing schedules and safety initiatives
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of construction field experience (internships or co-op experience accepted)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Procore experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High initiative and eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
