Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Title Processor role located in Toms River, NJ. The Title Processor will be responsible for examining and processing title orders, reviewing real estate documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include clear communication with clients and internal team members, coordinating escrow processes, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Notary and Escrow processes for accurate and compliant document handling.
- Basic Accounting skills for managing financial transactions related to title processing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage and track multiple transactions.
- Experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Toms River, NJ, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
