Front and Back Office Experience
Fast growing One-Physician plastic surgery private practice seeks one full-time patient coordinator/med spa manager (40 hours/week, 9 am - 5:30 pm - Monday - Friday)
Duties will mainly include:
FRONT OFFICE DUTIES
- Patient management - Plastic Surgery/Med Spa Office
- Assisting on expanding Iconic Medspa
- Office Management
- Patient coordination
- Answering phones
BACK OFFICE DUTIES
- Med Spa Device Management
- Scheduling appointments (must have EMR experience)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience necessary in a clinical setting
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Detail-oriented
- Professionalism in appearance and conversation
- Friendly phone etiquette and phone voice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with above-average judgement
- Dedicated to high quality patient care and efficiency
