- Post Auction Follow Up: Assisting with buyer communication and connecting them with the appropriate internal teams when needed.
- General operational support. The repeatable, essential tasks that keep the department flowing.
This is a role for someone who likes clarity and consistency: follow the checklist, follow the template, get the job done.
What we’re looking for:
- You’re organized, reliable, and detail focused. You're comfortable managing and organizing digital assets such as photos, videos, and written copy.
- You’re comfortable with repetitive and structured processes.
- You communicate clearly and professionally.
- You're motivated, eager to learn, and happy to support the team.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles or the motorcycle world. You don't need to be an expert, but having a good knowledge of motorcycles, both current and historic is desirable.
- An ability to spot aftermarket modifications vs stock OEM parts is desirable.
- You need to be comfortable pushing, starting, and operating the basic functions of a motorcycle.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, basic photography, and simple photo editing is a plus, but not a dealbreaker, we can train you.
