HVAC Project Manager
Iconic Mechanical is seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will deliver strategic leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget—while consistently exceeding client expectations through proactive planning and effective communication.
Qualifications: Senior HVAC Project Manager
- 5 years of HVAC project management experience, preferably in NYC or similar markets.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA, EPA, SST (a plus).
Responsibilities: Senior HVAC Project Manager
- Lead HVAC projects from pre-construction to project turnover, managing schedules, crews, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code compliance standards.
- Coordinate with clients, GCs, inspectors, and vendors.
- Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Review plans, change orders, and contribute to scope and cost management.
