Role Description The Marketing and Events Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing branded events that align with ICONIC LIFE’s luxury image and audience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with event concept development, managing logistical details (venues, vendors, timelines, and budgets), coordinating guest lists and RSVPs, and supporting onsite event setup and breakdown. The coordinator will also handle event marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and partner promotions, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with sponsors and partners, managing event-related customer inquiries, and collaborating closely with editorial and marketing teams to amplify event coverage and audience engagement.
This is not a purely logistical role. You will be the heartbeat of our multi-channel promotion and the mastermind behind our high-level, elegant events. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of creative flair (social media, content curation, video editing) and meticulous analytical discipline (budget tracking, CRM management, data reporting). You don't just coordinate; you are also the primary champion of the ICONIC LIFE brand by curating experiences, driving traffic, and elevating the brand across all touchpoints.
Elevate & Execute Events: Plan and execute sophisticated, high-end events with critical thought, strict budget management, and seamless stakeholder alignment.
Drive Brand Visibility and Promotion: Act as the primary promoter for ICONIC LIFE and our clients across our website, social media channels, email marketing, podcasts, and YouTube.
Foster Community Engagement: Build deep relationships with our client base, luxury brands, and editorial subjects to proactively capture and share their stories.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong event planning and event management skills, including organizing timelines, logistics, and budgets.
- Candidates should possess strong social media skills, with experience creating and curating content, tracking performance across platforms, driving user engagement, and conducting data analysis
- Candidates should possess experience with website design and web marketing, experience with Wordpress is a plus
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests, sponsors, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in luxury brands, lifestyle media, or hospitality is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and event management software are preferred.
- Availability to work occasional evenings for events is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
