WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This is a full-time position with hours from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available for those who want to go the extra mile.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Stone CNC Machine Operator, you will spend your day setting up and operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish countertop materials according to precise specifications. You will read blueprints, templates, or digital designs to ensure each cut meets exact measurements. Each job will begin with loading the materials and installing the proper tooling, all while maintaining strict safety standards. Throughout the day, you will inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy, ensuring smooth edges and perfect finishes. You will also take responsibility for keeping your machine and workspace in top condition through regular maintenance and cleaning, helping ensure efficient and safe operation every day.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A STONE CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
- Experience working with granite, quartz, and marble
- Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints
- CNC experience with CAD/CAM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player with a strong work ethic
